FAQ

How hours are counted

Do short meetings count?

Meetings shorter than 1 minute don't count, e.g. starting and stopping by accident.

What if hours run out mid-meeting?

The bot warns when 5 minutes are left, then stops recording and still delivers the full minutes. You can record again after the reset or an upgrade.

Do unused hours carry over?

No, they reset every period: at the start of the month on Free, and on your billing date on Pro and Team.
